did i miss a post on the introduction of this server?

i didnt pay it much attention to it till i had a good buddy playing in it the other night and joined his game without even looking at what he was playing....

ahhhhhhhh what a refreshing game of TF2. the way maps were intended to play. with like, real time limits, and overtime, and sudden death....

IMHO there is little you can do to motivate 16 random people to play better as a team than to tell them they are loosing and time is quickly running out. which on most of our servers, doesn't happen (unless you count the last 5 min of the 499 we started with)

I shall frequent the server more!

Yes i must admint i had a blast there a couple nights ago when we had a full server on Granery. I keep wanting to play but ever time there is only like 2 people in it. I try to get people to help fill it with me but no one will :(

This is why I absolutely love the new payload maps. There is always a severely defined time limit, and 1 extremely clear goal for everyone to focus on. Even 16 of the most dysfunctional solo-oriented morons can come together as a team when the bomb-cart needs pushin'.

I agree with you.

I do prefer ctf_well over cp though. The e vs. eGO scrim on that was so fun.

I'm kinda new here, but just one server setup with some map rotation would be nice but that's just me. Sometimes like to mix it up a bit.

EDIT: I'm a moron, I didn't read the post right above mine. nm..
