Yo.
I'm tryin' to make custom ringers for my phone, however, being in Canada, on Bell as my service provider, they've stripped everything down and I can't do this the same way Verizon users can (I followed a tutorial to do it). They've stripped so many features and what not that you can't access Gmail, as they want you to pay for the POP3 feature (8$/month) or Google Maps, cuz they want you to pay for the GPS Feature (10/month).

SO, if anyone knows HOW to set up custom ringers on this phone, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Uh dude...the POP3 and GPS stuff isn't supposed to come with the phone!

Thanks, but thats for Sprint..
I need Bell, or possibly Solo may work as well.

Gmail and Google Maps are accessible on the Sprint version of the phone.
Theres days I hate being Canadian.

On my Sprint LG, it's in the Settings area, under Sounds, Ringers.
