tf2 ladder?

I'm a newb to EGO, so forgive me if i have missed a post or something, my question is . Does EGO participate in any TF2 ladders or leagues?

If so, I'm definitely interested

We do not. I've heard the reason is that we are big enough to be our own league. And, as such, we will have for-fun scrims within the clan.
