Icons....

For some reason almost all of my icons got deleted or something. Is there any way to get them back ? I know they're just icons but it's amazing how slow you work without them... Like most things you only realize how much it is worth when it is gone.

All i can think of is repairing each program or they all got corrupted.

The fix i got from that site :

Just refresh the icon cache by deleting the IconCache.db file from your profile directory (usually C:/Documents and Settings/Username/Local Settings/Application Data). It will be automatically recreated.
You need to have Hidden Files & Folders shown
