This is a tutorial on how to create high res icons for RocketDock/ObjectDock/Whatever
I have copied and pasted the whole description, thats why the intro is like what it is

Hi! This is PSNewb from HWP. I'm here to show you how to create high-resolution icons for RocketDock or ObjectDock or Whatever. I suggest you have a look on our forum for tutorials from other members and myself. If you enjoy my videos and/or have any ways in which I could improve my videos, please comment. (I cannot use a microphone guys, sorry!)
As always there will be a written tutorial followed by links.
WRITTEN TUTORIAL:
* Create a new canvas, 256 x 256, resolution 300.
* Find the image you are going to use for your icon. (I am using a cursor.)
* Create a background, I use either a circle, or a rounded rectangle.
* For a Circle, select the eliptical marquee tool, hold shift, and drag.
* Next fill with any colour of your choice. (I used a blue.)
* Make sure this is behind your image (Cursor for me.)
* Select the pen tool, and create a kind of, squiggle, that engulfs one half of the circle.
* Select the circle (Ctrl Click layer thumbnail) and then select inverse (Ctrl + shift + I)
* Delete the portion of the squiggle, that you do not want shown.
* Create a flattened circle/elipse.
* Fill this with white.
* Reduce the opacity, I go for around the 70% mark.
* Create another squashed circle/elipse, and this time make a gradient going upwards.
* Reduce the opacity of this.
* Flatten the image.
* Double click the one layer and hit OK.
* Delete the space around.
* Select the icon. (ctrl click thumbnail)
* Go to your channels tab and press the "Save selection as channel" button.
* The channel "Alpha 1" will appear.
* Hit the empty space next to the channel. NOT THE CHANNEL!!!!!
* An eye should appear where you just clicked.
* The background will turn a transparent pink.
* Save as an interlaced PNG.
* Now you edit the icon options of whatever you are creating the icons for.
ROCKETDOCK USERS:
To change the icons:
* Right click the icon.
* Select "Icon Settings"
* Press the "+" button.
* Find the folder you saved your PNG in.
* Push the preview on the right hand side.
* Hit OK.
