Either setup mentioned above will be more powerful then the system in your cart so far.
If you decide just to ignore this post, that's fine, I would just say at least swap out that PSU of yours for the either one of the ones listed above. Both are better PSUs then the one you have in your cart, as they have more amps on the 12V line, are more efficient, are quieter, and cost less!
Also if you're going to bother with an upgraded heat sink, don't forget to get some good thermal compound and remover.
Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver 5
Compound Remover: AS Thermal Remover
Adding those two bump above the prices up ~$10 bucks, but you'll need 'em.

HD 4870: 110.10 FPS
9600GT: 59.40 FPS
