Requesting Sig (mad photoshop skills required for this one!)

I require some of your best talents for this one, basicly i would really apprciate an avatar like this:

A very very awesome graphic (perhaps grunge, perhaps tf2 style?) photoshop union jack, centred to the right, then in the middle of that a photoshopped or gmod spy with his disguise as a cake (done well so it looks like ingame, not like my current sig lol). Then in TF2 font on the left saying my name, then in smaller font underneath
"The cake is a spy!"
"No, the spy is a lie!"

Here is a REALLY rough paint mock up of kinda the idea i guess of what i want incase you don't understand, ignore the images in this mock up i don't mean i want these at all cos they all look bad :
