now... I don't know how different the highschool marking system is in the states from Canada, but I've seen a few marks that are over 100%. as a rule, in Canada, it's impossible to finish a course with more than 100%, regardless of what you actually got. it'll just show as perfect.

From last year :

Music = 97%
History = 91%
Math = 83% (wierd; right now, I'm destroying my math class... I apparently had a brain glitch there)
English = 89%
Physics = 84% (again; I'm kicking ass and taking names in my current physics class... last year must have been wierd)
Chemistry = 91%
programming = 94%
spare = 300%. so there.


All of those are the highest possible level I could take... again I don't know what the American system works like, but essentially, we have a choice of University/college/workplace courses, and certain ones (like my history) are university OR college... their symbol is 'M' (as opposed to U. C. or W, respectively.) I KNOW that the university/college situation in the states is different than the Canadian version.


I have to say, my best mark ever was in grade 10 in my programming class. I got 147% on the final exam. go figure.

This is kind of the academic equivalent of a 'post your gaming computer' -- (Translation: 'I want to brag that my computer beats yours') [alternate translation: 'my computer is a piece of crap'].

Current GPA (Without Lab): 3.812 out of 4.

As for Calculus, I (purposefully) chose the hardest teacher out of all of them. However, he understands that he's the hardest. That's why he gives 5 points on the final grade if we don't miss more than five classes and adds a nice curve on the end, so it will be an A, I guarantee it.

Man I love college. (Go Red Raiders!! )
