Guitar hero 3

hey guys i just got guitar hero 3 for pc
but it didnt come with a guitar !! WTF
I have the one for ps3 is there any way to get it to work on pc
I've tried.. it finds the guitar but when i hit the notes it doesnt hit it on the game

make sure you change the controls in the options section.
