The way that the speaking roles will be decided is that once I've successfully written out the lines for a division, I will send out the script for it. The first X number of people (where X is the number of speaking roles, to be decided as I'm writing) to send me a recording for ALL of the lines will be given the speaking parts. In example, if I write up lines for 5 people, the first 5 people to send me a recording of them speaking out all 5 sets of lines will be used. I WILL be listening to these and I EXPECT you to put some emphasis/feeling into your readings, because if you don?t I?m casting you out of the speaking role. So even if you?re the first person to send me the lines, if you say it like you don?t give a poop, I?m not going to use you.
Specifically regarding the Insurgency and CoD4 section, you do not have to provide me all the lines of each part. Pick one or two lines for each part and read them off. The reason these 2 divisions are a little more lenient is because the voice recordings will be done on-site/in-game. The other divisions I will be using the recordings you send into me as actual dialogue to be choreographed. They will be the ONLY set of recordings I?m using. Basically, think of it as one take. You?ve got time to put some feeling into it, so please do so.
