I played on the }SoC{ server tonight and they have a great rotation server.

Here is why it is awesome:

1) The map time is about 20:00. Ours is about an hour? It kept things really fresh.
2) They also have a chat filter that automatically blocks most known swear words from even appearing in the chat.

Just some things to consider..

Requesting 24/7 Aerospace server. The map is solid, awesome, and fun to play on. Anyone else think Aerospace would be a good addition?

How much does a 24/7 32-player pub server cost per month? I'm cancelling my LotRO account soon since I never play any more and was idly tossing around the idea (without talking to my wife yet) of rerouting that cost to hold up at least part of a new eGO server, since almost all of ours (even custom maps, quite a feat!) have full or near-full server population from early evening to even late night. I refuse to play anywhere else due to mic spam, nasty porn sprays, rude players, a lack of friends and acquaintances, etc.

So what does a new server or virtual server run, setup and maintenance?

Also, KUDOS to the upper circle for electing to take pl_dbheights off the PL server rotation. It was slowly growing on me (I still greatly prefer that map as a cp) but it always emptied the population around midnight whenever it came up. I know the hardcore regulars loved it, but it's nice to have the random pubs filling out the stands at all hours.
