I haven't played either, but from what I've seen I would prefer Guitar Hero World tour to Rock band 2.

If you play GH: World Tour, but only play the drums, why is it called GUITAR hero?

I've played neither. If I wanna play guitar I'll just plug in and have at it. Something about playing a fake plastic guitar to me that just doesn't sit right. But that's just me.
