If you check it out, the TC is me. It happened to me on accident, and I am going to try to beat the game as is. Really funny, especially if you actually play Fallout 3.

Twisted! There are actually two huge bugs for exp in the game. The first, you need speech at 50 (or for which every point cha is under 5, 2 more points) talk to the girl buttercup ne of the vault 101 at bigtown, agree with her, (they valley girl responses) then, around the npc pappy there is the conversation option "You came here with buttercup?" if speech is at 50, you can keep at this till 10 (where the second one happens). Mister sandman (60 points in sneak), allows you to kill ghoul and human enemies if you sneak up on them. You can't kill kids, so by sneaking into a house with them, and using mister sandman (It doesn't count as evil, and you can keep doing it too) for 50xp a use! (thats the same you get for dropping an enclave soldier at 16+, or a super mutant brute around 10-15)
