Dazzle and Vista Makes me go mad!!

Can someone help? I have the DVC 100 Dazzle and i cant find the right drivers to make it work...Its driving me up the freeken wall (pulls out hair)

I dunno about that driver, what is it for? Sound? Graphics? usb? etc?

Vista 32 bit and its so i can capure vidio off my TV onto my PC
