Where is the schedule for Admin Class? and what is the sign up process? I know EG's get priority over E's, but I am persistant.

I don't think 'e's have access to that forum. If I am not mistaken. You'll have to PM one of the trainers to get in a class, or have an eG (or higher) friend tell you when a class is coming up.

I just played a spy and checked the forum for you, and as of right now there is no scheduled classes.

Exactly. You can PM me if you'd like to be notified of an upcoming class as well.
