quick question: i know agp's have peen phasing out, but wut's the best agp graphics card for my p4HT/2.8 ghz comp?? (i have a crappy 9550 ati)

Depending on if you are looking to go with nVidia or ATi and if you are willing to spend that kind of money on an AGP video card, you should get:
