EDIT: Here is what you do to play infected.

1.First you need to get up your console as I guess most off you know how to get.
2. Start a singleplayer game, or a LAN one.
3. Write in console: sv_cheats 1
4. Then write: ent_fire !self setteam 3
5. To spawn as a boss infected, type: z_spawn smoker/tank/hunter/boomer(choose one of them).
6. To make the survivors start moving, type in console: director_force_versus_start 1

Actually you can just use those commands to make those spawn as well. It makes things just uber hard. Also try z_spawn mob. tehe
