Help needed.

Might help if you explained the problem you were having so we could offer some suggestions
My specs: (the ones i thought u guys would need)
mobo: nVidia 780i
case: Antec 900
PSU: ocz 850
Cable modem network
Ok heres the thing, 2 days ago i finish building the pc, everything went surprisinly smooth, intal vista ultimate, all well. When yesterday i conect my head set to the front audio conectors of the case, the pc shutts down, disconected those plugs-in from inside of the cage, boot the pc and it started, the problem is that now it doesnt want to recognize my network. it says unrecognized network. yeah I know, "what one thing got to do with the other???", but my network was working just fine before the shutt down. Those cables (HD Audio and AC97) are now unplug from my mobo.
