cpu temp program

hey guys, i just got my arctic cooling freezer 7 pro yesterday so i need a cpu temperature program that i can use 2 figure out the difference whenever i put it on since i have my intel stock hsf on my cpu rite now. also i use widgets so if u know of a widget that will work, let me know. btw i dont use vista i use xp but i use yahoo for the widgets.
