Next Upgrade! Need some Input

Well I'm about due for a upgrade and Ive pieced together a little system on Newegg.

Keep in mind I'm keeping my 74gb Raptor, Sony Blu-Ray Burner and the awesome huge case!

Some Input would be Great.

This system is mainly on a budget (A BUDGET!) Should be great with games.

I also second Metro's question.
And here's a hint my friends and I try to keep in mind when making a big upgrade...
A big upgrade should be based on a darn good processor and motherboard, and then decent-to-awesome equipment after that. Put your focus on the processor and the motherboard. Technology is always improving, as we all know. Graphics cards, RAM, hard drives, etc, these are all fairly easy to upgrade when the time comes. Processors however are not, unless you really know what you're doing, and even then you have to stick to the same chipset. Unless you upgrade the motherboard also, which is just a time-consuming pain...
That being said, there are slightly better motherboards out there for slightly better prices in my opinion. And the processor you've chosen is only .2 Ghz faster than the one I bought three years ago, and sadly I know we shall be outdated soon... =(

Socket 754 AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 1 gb of Corsair XMS, 6800 Ultra, and the above said hard drive and dvd/blu ray burner.

You don't have to upgrade big every time you do upgrade, that's like a Ferrari guy buying a new model every time a fiscal year pass's its ridiculous and outrageous.

criticize the parts and offer different suggestions , with specs to back it up.
