Okay I was a little bit excited and this may not hold anything true to the game TF2 but it is a nice find. Thoughts?

If Valve adds another class, it will be after they finish all the class updates. And that's probably at least a year away. And, I think rather than changing the game dynamic so very drastically, a second wave of unlocks would be more effective at making things interesting.

Or TF3.

I think TF2 needs more of an assault class. Like a heavy, but with less ammo mag gun, more running speed, less HP, not having to spin the gun all the time, something like that. though the ninja idae was nice. But he should have the running skills of a scout if there is to be the ninja

Just give the soldier an assault rifle unlockable for the shotgun, that should do it.

i vote ninja, you could be sneakyer than a spy but no cloak required, and you could use something like the garrot or so as backstab a thing, i see my post turning into a update idea here but nevertheless, i think ninja would be cool!
