dod_strand will not let me work.

every time i try and log into dod_strand it stops at the download bar and just stays there, then tells me my steam id is not valid.

Weird. Try and download it whilst not being in the game. Perhaps the Kustom Kettle has it on kustomkettle.us? They used to have a mappack with all the custom servers we run, perhaps they still feature it?

Really the only solution is a temp one and that is to restart your steam.
Steam has puzzled over this problem for a while and they can't seem to fix it...
