Hey I'm considering buying some games and I need my eGO's buddies to help me out. i'll list the games im considering buying and just tell me what you think i should get. (im gonna get 2)

Mirrors Edge
Left 4 Dead
Fallout 3
Dead Space
Gears of War 2
Guitar Hero World Tour

Let me know which two you would buy. thanks guys.
 
Left 4 Dead is amazing. So much fun, and its only been out for a day. It completes the valve set :D.

I've heard great things about Gears of War 2. I meant GREAT things, so that might be worth looking into.
 
From the list the only ones Ive played (cept for L4D demo) is Dead Space and Fallout 3.

Hands down Dead Space is definetly a great buy (or torrent ;)) VERY fun pretty long game too, awesome graphics/physics
 
I would say Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3, fallout 3 is probably one of the best games of this year and well gears of war is always awesome.

the rest are awright, but not as epic as these two :)
 
L4D and Fallout 3 in my opinion.

They are both great and completely different games. One is an online shooter with friends and one is one of the best RPGs I've had the pleasure of playing. I've heard Gears is a good game, but nothing that more impressive than the original gears. If you are looking for something new and exciting, those are my choices. Have fun :)
 
I personally thought Fallout 3 sucked, but obviously if you like those kind of games you would enjoy it. As for shooters, thats why I reccommend Dead Space, fun/intresting/pretty long/freaky/and good gfx :)

I hear good things about GoW2

I acutally ended up torrenting FO3 and DS because I wanted to buy CoD, you could probably do the same and just DL those 2 and then maybe buy GoW or somethin, all that should last you a while :P

Fallout 3 is definite, reason being: Its a great game, but its got LOTS of hours of game play. Quite enough to keep you going till your next game purchase.

Then its between L4D and GoW2
I love L4D but ive heard some wonderful things from friends about GoW2.
 
L4D to me was ok, nothing special. Guitar Hero World Tour is always a win, and mirrors edge looks cool too. But I'm Off the wall like that, so, thats my imput.
 
Still loving Fallout 3... Still don't think I'm half way done with the main quest. Most of the side quests are complete. If you like large sandbox RPG games with an FPS twist, Fallout 3 will suite you just fine with tens of hours of game time (if not 100 hours depending on what you do).

I haven't played any others yet, but L4D will probably be next on my list.
