My favorite quote is in my sig "Exsisto Lentesco" - Be Flexible. Its the motto of my family. Whenever something adverse, or unprepared for came around the bend, we would tell the affected person "Be Flexible"

Also another cool one. I was refering to my essay paper when I said this "There is chaff in every draft" My mom nearly died laughing.

I would also pull quotes from John Locke, but they are rather tortuous to understand without any context.

All my favorites come from Jean-Paul Sartre's The Devil and the Good Lord.
