Having trouble with Fraps and sound

When I try to record sound with fraps, all I get is my mic input, not what I hear. I have the realtek HD audio manager for my sound. Can anyone help?

Under recording options where it says "sound input", you need to be using either Wave, or What u Hear.

Xp, I have a built in sound card in my laptop.

Hmm, the drivers for you sound hardware may not have recording functionality. Hop on the fraps forums and see if anyone has any bright ideas... I'm stumped.
