Read my 2nd reply.

Use the sm_who command. For example, go to console and type in this:
sm_who noobhunter
sm_who <player name>
Type in status into console for everyone's STEAM ID.

I think he was asking who everyone is with regard to positions within the division. The answer to which is, there is no roster of whos who that I know at the moment. You can see the division leaders on the leadership roster as far as other important people...Im Ike haha, i kid i kid
