Player NorCalDavid sprayed a very obscene spray that could not be sprayed over on the ava server sunday night around 9 pm. I told him to remove it, he left never came back to rectify spray. What can I do to: a) cover or remove an offending spray and b) have someone punished for spraying such on our servers?

Once a person leaves the server after about 5 minutes the sprays becomes purple and black boxes
