I mostly play Zombie Panic: Source these days and on the server I play on I am infamous for saying a deep and gruff "OM NOM NOM NOM" every time I kill a survivor while playing as a zombie.

They love it to the point that they mock other players who try to do it. That's the closest I have to a catch phrase.
