I personally don't think it is a good idea to hold the meeting this weekend. It is a holiday weekend and many people I imagine have plans. Next weekend would have been preferred, but I understand that you cannot move everything a week for one person. I am going home for the first time in a year to visit my parents, so most likely I will not be able to attend either possible day (no internet at home). I hope that I can make the next meeting instead.
