he is using the head jump a lot of times, and I would always check the area for spy's if I see the backstab kill on the screen, but these people are stabbed one after the other lol

Heh I'll tell you this much, the person on the ground has a better chance at killing the spy than the spy does at backstabbing, you just have to know its coming. To counter it though? Eh, think about it. Its still a backstab.
