L4D Game of the Year?

other worst game i personally don't like 24/7 zombie games. Theres no fun you don't get to kill any other people you kill bots and bots are the worst players in any game. Not worth the money to play.
I really had trouble understanding what you tried to type. If you mean that you don't get to play against other people in Left 4 Dead, that's not true. There is a very well designed Versus Mode that pits survivors against player-controlled infected "special" zombies.
Also, the bots are definitely not the worst players in the game. I've played with some pretty "green" human players.

Games that people hate!
You don't understand! Whether you like the game or not, the fun is playing within our commuity and with the friends we have. That's what makes the game more fun.
Left 4 Dead is a zombie based game. But it was also designed to be played as a group. No one can complete the game all alone. Teamwork will prevail everytime. Just like our great gaming community. Everyone pitches-in, in some way or form to help make are clan more better than it already is.
Also, the game has achievements to accomplish if your up to a challenge. I'm sure not everyone will like this game or it's purpose. But theres nothing like playing with your friends, owning them and rubbing it in their faces.
I personally feel that group, effort games brings a community closer together. It's what gaming is all about. "Well in my book, that is"!

Definitely best game of the year. Not of all time.
However, those of you who had complaints, keep playing. Most of my complaints get resolved with time (like people not working together).
The only thing i wish for is more maps in versus mode, and a a wider character group to choose from (both survivors and zombies).
However i really like being able to play as a 4 person coop team for beat down a bunch of zombies. Seriously, this game is awesome.
For those of you wish complaints I think that you just need to get used to it and learn to play it right. Because seriously, how is running around blowing off zombie heads as you try to escape certain doom not COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY AWESOME?!?!?
