Not quite true. You are required to sign up for the proper usergroup!

You already have admin in INS, TF2, CS:S, and DoD:S if you have admin in one of them. Not sure about CoD 4.

Yes, like it has been said, you have Global eG Admin. Request My Usergroups access to the eG TF2. Make sure you read the stickies though. Admining in TF2 is a little different. You will see a lot more sprays in TF2, there are specific commands for that. And for moving people to spec.
