I dont really have enough money but which one should i upgrade first? i can upgrade one at a time

I suggest you get a new CPU, your Memory/Hard drive will last you for a long time, Your graphic card should keep you for a while.

CPU first I suggest

Whenever this Processor comes back in stock, its worth the budget. (If your Motherboard can put in AM2/AM2+).

And a 8600GT 512MB for a new graphic card, or a 8800GTS 320MB.

Your motherboard should support any AM2/AM2+ CPU chips, because by the looks of your CPU processor.

I'd definitely upgrade the graphics card first. That CPU may be weak, but it's still decent. The graphics card, on the other hand, is downright terrible. For something really cheap, stay on the lookout for deals on stuff like 9600GSOs and 3850s. Those should run for $50 or less (I saw a new 9600GSO for $30ish a few weeks ago) and will provide a SIGNIFICANT performance boost in games. On the other hand, make sure your PSU can handle it.
