I assume the most advanced technique is a stair stab/corner stab. Unless you can pull off a directly over-the-head stab, which I've seen...once.

Over the head? Like someone is jumping and you stab them when there above you?

I'll show you some spots like that on blackmesa if you want, they ARE NOT hard to land at all! The feet are so easy to get backstabs on.

No, I mean. Even ground. They run at you. You crouchjump over them and stab them.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it without landing on their head, since that would lose your momentum.

Phoenix, no way to jump on anyones head on even ground. The characters has to be on uneven ground to get on someones head.

But I've seen it done. It might have been like. Jump onto head, stab, run. It's possible, just rare. xd

Thats the point of spy, to make you think something happened that didn't. Or to do the "impossible." That is if you ever want to take on aware people.
