Have you ever stopped to think about how amazing your body is? OMG! I was walking today and stopped and though, 'wow, here I am walking without even telling myself to walk and then I totally stopped when I wanted to, without much effort at all'. It's like my knees and legs just know what to do. It's amazing. Think about all of the other things you do without telling yourself, well, besides breathing and pumping blood. If you can't see it, it doesn't really count. But like when you see a super delicious goldeny yellow red apple sitting in front of you, you just kind of reach out and pick it up and take a bite. Think about this process and how awesome:
1. lift hand and arm off of leg
2. flex elbow as arm raises
3. pivot shoulder as upper arm participates
4. slowly and seemlessly shift to stretching your arm out
5. place hand on juicy apple awesomeness
6. grip fingers around apple
7. bring hand holding crunchy apple back towards face
8. use your elbow and shoulder to properly return your arm to your body
9. open mouth at just the right time as apple approaches face like a pristine ship coming to dock
10. bite down in just the perfect spot of the apple, all the while being careful of fingers gripping yummy treat
11. chew apple as you remove it from your face
OK, that is very basic and I'm sure way more stuff is involved, but it's amazing. We don't even have to think about it, but we do this kind of stuff all day. And to top it all off, I've never missed my face with an apple yet. Amazing!
So, an assignment for you new eG's: Think about an amazing, every day task you do without thinking about and tell us about it.

Please goto 'My Usergroups' and subscribe to the eG private forums. You will then get access to the eG forums and the admin school forums. In the admin school forums, make sure and read all the stickies in the 'Admin School' section and also to sign up for a class in the 'Training Forum'. Also make sure you get MAUL verified so you are in the system.
