woot i just OC my cpu for the first time woohoo went from 2.20 ti a good 2.59 and its running stable and i owe MUCH thanks to the dudes over at overclock.net and when i get my new vid card i hope they can help me with that im so happy now im not slowed down so much when gameing im hopping to see an increase in overall loading times and other stuff i will let you all know how the loading times are now on L4D hehe

EDIT: i went back to norm speeds cause even though it was at 2.59 it felt like the computer was going slower trying to fix at overclock.net

What CPU is this, Jester? As for loading times, you won't see much of a difference - that's determined almost entirely by your hard drive speed (major I/O bottleneck).
