Hey, guys as of right now we have a range of from 120-140 members of this division.
Where you also aware that as members of eGO you are allowed to recruit? If you weren't aware of this You are allowed, you do not have to be an A/R to help increase our member count.
This is just a guess, but I think it would be safe to say that out of every 100 pubs invited to join the clan at least 1 would join. The math here is easy if every person is able to ask at least 1 person per day (I know this probably won't be the case) but In theory if this happens we can get 1.4 people a day to join, so lets be generous and round that up, we can get maybe, at least 2 members to day. This means in theory we can get at least 7-14 members a week.
Now what was all of this for? Well guys what I'm trying to get across here is, we need t o be recruiting, Every body try to do your part in this, we need to work together to increase our number of recruits. If we work together we can get this division to be as big or bigger than our other divisions.
