[French-fry]

I love this!

[Britishbrat1993]

Dude...when I turn 16...im gonna go right to the cinema!

[Mjolnir]

They (Edward's Theater, or basically Regal Entertainment Group) turned me and my friends down because we didn't have references.

[Chase]

Ah the AMC, your in good hands my friend.
Ive been working at the movies for a year now, and upon starting we where a "consolidated theater" the life was good, free pass's for friends/family and myself, free drinks, free popcorn, even free nachos! (i love nachos btw so it was heavenly)

Then we were assimilated into Regal.
I get 2 free passes, free drink, and tons more work to do.
And our prices got jacked up.
BUT even with all those new downsides, its still a SWEET job.

Just curious what position are you? Concession, Usher, Door, Box?
IDK how your theater's set up so it could be different.

[Darth]

Lol thats so cool! Got a couple more years before i can work

[Angelspit]

The local movie theatres only give workers 2 free tickets a day and that's it.

[Britishbrat1993]

lol...i dunno if i can be able to get a good job. I'm an Immigrant still...i have my authorization to work but it may be too complicated for most places to bother w/...

[Rellik]

Dude thats awesome.
When i was about 19 i worked at Blockbuster for awhile. That was really sweet, we got so many free rentals a month (it was enough to basically watch anything we wanted anytime we wanted) Also. New movie rental/buy releases were released on Tuesdays, but we got to check them out when they shipped them to us (which was on the previous thursday!
