Games.exe/W32.Gaze@mm trojan, help needed

How to remove? And I can't believe I got infected with it too, because this guy on my Steam friends list, had him for a loong time, played with him on Counter-Strike 1.6 so long ago finally decides to make a so called "cs movie". And he wanted me to check it out, and I was like "Sure, why not." I accepted, and then Spybot realizes it's a Trojan. I denied changes to my registry, but it is still there in startup, and "RUN" won't work right now.

How do I remove games.exe? I found it in my system32, and tried to delete it. It says it's already being used, but I don't see the process in my task manager. Help asap, please, I am a nub at removing viruses.

EDIT: AVG isn't even detecting it.

I already have Spybot and Ad-aware..I am scanning with Spybot where AVG has failed me. This is really ticking me off, because sometimes my mouse just lags up, and it is unable to click, and so does my keyboard. Where my computer is running everything just fine. This started happening when I stupidly downloaded that so called "cs demo"..Gah.

Try safe mode and delete it.

Or Reformat .

I'm not sure if that'll do anything..Besides, I just removed it by using safe mode, but I know that there'll probably be some registry keys left over. How am I supposed to find them now..?

Sorry for double post, but I just need help finding the registry keys; and I have no idea on where to find them. That's if this trojan even had any.
