Water cooling

What is the best bang for the buck water cooling kit out there? I've researched a few and they all seem to be the same stupid water cooler with opinions widely differing.

My specs:

ABIT IP-35E Mobo
Intel Core 2 Extreme Qx9650 (At the moment OC'd safely at 3.6GHz)
4GB RAM
8800 GTX

It would be prefferable if the kit included CPU and GPU because the GPU sometimes gets artifacts after playing crysis and stuff like that for a while.
 
Don't get a kit. They're not worth it. You can buy separately, and it'll usually cost less and perform better.

Do you want something that'll be completely quiet, or something that'll give you 5-8*c better temps, but a fair bit louder?

Noise is not a problem (Which leads to getting phase change which I can't afford)

Though it doesn't matter as long as its cheaper.
