I might of been at a friends house on his computer playing CS:S screwing with the video settings and might've accidentally changed the video settings to something weird its not supposed to be at and now he just gets "Frequency out of Range" when CS:S starts up. He tried un-installing CS:S and reinstalling and apparently it doesn't change it to default when reinstalled. Any help is appreciated.
