my friends parents paid 500$$ for him to join a football team and he dropped that and dropped out of school to play wow no he has almost no friends no $$ and he says he is getting tired of wow but he still plays it like 6 hours a night.... what a tool!!!!

I prefer a game like GuildWars. World of Warcraft is much, much too cartoony for me. The graphics I thought were pretty terrible looking with flat textures and every character's 50% of their body weight stored up in their forearms, and the game mechanics as a whole did not appeal to me. There are better looking, cheaper MMORPGs out there that're just as good.

This is true, looks are not everything. But when everything ELSE in the game is the same point and click, number based, emote filled, takes-away-your-life grindfest as every OTHER MMORPG out there...might as well get one that's cheaper, and better looking.

True, but the only reason I played WoW for a while is because I've been playing the Warcraft RTSs since the first one back how many years ago.

Hey now all you need is a strong willpower, I've played it for 2 years and I never played it like a crack addict, its a pretty fun game if you play with a group of friends.I don't play it anymore simply because I got bored of it.

Something funny about when I played WoW it actually saved me money, i used to buy a new game at least once every 2 months for about $50-$70. I payed about $30 every two months when I played WoW. Pretty crazy huh?

WoW became a job... people got mad if you missed a raid and blah blah blah... quit while you still have control of your life lol
