Please add some admins to your friends list so you can contact them, also use the shoutbox in this case. That way a demo can be recorded. Also you may be simply be seeing a glitch or a really good gamer. Thanks
I don't think anyone can ever tell someone is cheating unless he is posting pictures online that he is... Only thing can be a guess to say that he is too good to be true, no? Some people maybe really good at shooting through a wall when their teammates tell where enemy is. Or maybe they are really fast at aiming..
If I'm allowed I'd like to see an actual cheater demo... so far every single DoD Video on Youtube were either posted by cheaters themselves or Demo's taken by non-suspected cheater who is purely guessing that someone is cheating.
I'm talking about only skin alteration cheats, not hack (external programs). It seems VAC does an excellent job of catching people with hacks, since their website shows many people who get permanently banned from ALL steam games everyday. It's the custom skin cheats that can never been proven, but only guessed by how good the player is.

Next time you are wondering if a player is cheating, take a demo (record "nameofplayer") of this person, and get a good length of it, but no longer than 5 minutes. type "stop" to stop the recording. Both of this is done in console of course.

I Have a very good sense of who is hacking.
1. Well let me be honest after playing cs for a long time i got bored and got some hacks, so i know what a hacker is thinking and how they look and play the game.
2. Every time i have ever accused someone of hacking, well they were.
Now im not saying that you should start yelling on the server such and such is hacking. because that gives you a bad name(and your clan and your house) and it makes the accused look like an idiot.
The way they have it setup of recording and sending to the proper admins, is correct, it may not happen IMMEDIATELY, but he or she will get whats coming.
