Need help MAJORLY

rundll32.exe virus.

I dont know how to get rid of it, my last resort is doing a complete windows reinstall, ive tried registry cleaners, spyware removers all kind of crap but I cant seem to get rid of it :S

can anyone tell me how to safely restore the original rundll32 files in the system32 folder?

what program is telling u that its a virus?

What is leading you to believe its a virus?

What operating system is it?

the file rundll32 in system32 has been modified from the 65kb size to 32.5 ive googled it and searched my computer for the files, alot of rundll32.pf files are coming up too, all 32.5kb and their all unknown file types, rundll32.exe is running as an app

If that doesn't work do a soft restore. That should fix the problem.

rundll is a vital part of windows, if you can't repair it you should do a system restore.
