If it is left unattended it will download something nasty eventually, that will very likely traverse your network. You should remove it. Here are some great tools: http://www.superantispyware.com/ http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Install these in normal Windows mode. Then run the scans in Safe Mode for best results.
