Downloading TF2 in different region...(sort of)

Hey guys,

Just a general problem really, yesterday I bought the game for a mate and hes the same age as me 13-14, but today his mom doesn't like it cause "it's too violent" which im not in denial.... I mean a solly blowing up a heavy aint to pretty for the real youngsters xP
My brother said that you could re-download it in a different format where it would be in German beacuse the downloading it german style or whatever apparently has a much better filter than any other so it changes the gameplay and doesn't make it as violent....Just as a fact he has no clue on how to do it, so i'm coming to you all and asking if any of you know how to:
A. Make it less gory
B.Download it in German style if need be...

I think you just change the language.

There are no-gore skins for TF2 on fpsbanana.com and there is always the option to set steam itself to german. It changes every single game you have to the german version with all their censorship glory and the bad voiceacting.

You can, look for the game in your steam games menu Right click it and go to Properties, Language, German is there I've checked so your good to go.
