Gas pistols in ops and skirms are pretty pointless. Only time I used mine was in pistol skirms when we were done for the day and had time for a short game. The only real use for them in real skirms is if you come up behind someone and have them dead to rights but you still want to be a jerk and shoot them with your pistol 2 or 3 times.

I like playing with really bad guns, just because if you get hit, half the time you don't feel it; and you can charge the people on the other team with no worries.

if u want to charge them you get your self a really good gun with a crap load of ammo and shoot them as you charge, now that is charging with no worries

Lol, actually I never do that but have had it done to me many times..... and it pisses me off every time. If I am in that situation I am for their boot with my rifle.

nah master in that situation if you have a high rof aim for the mask and sweep it. it's the only way i've found they'll call their hits in a run like that. on a different note all the mods in my gun were done by my friend if i would have had it done in a store instead of having put 1k into my gun it would have easily been 1500. my sr-16 has been a work in progress and still needs work it's having a cylinder compression issue, but i haven't been able to get to a shop to get the piston head i need to make the compression issue go away.

yeah it's great man it is a lot of money and lots of probs but when it works it is a glorious machine of destruction

i've come to expect it with my gun. that's why i always bring my whole arsenal i've seen a dude bring 3 brand new out of box classic armies and they all failed in one way or another.

haha thanks for posting i was trying to find it in the threads but didn't find it. i just played last weekend had a blast. my freakenstein sr-16 has a compression issue with the cylinder so i'm gonna get a new cylinder set and go to the stock motor and lose some rate of fire but gain durability back in the end. unless i can find someone to buy the freak.

I love airsoft. I don't have enough money to buy better ones but I like playing old school with my Spring MP5 and Spring Tanfoglio .45 . I've won many rounds against my friends AEG... It's all in the strategy

Im getting a JG this Friday. Unsure of what I want though. Im leaning toward the M16A4 or maybe something different. My Arm Surplus carries JG so thats why im getting that. I mean for Metal and Metal internals and cheaper then CA...cant beat it.

They shoot around 320+ stock!

depending what my wife and i do we are either going to the snow, santa cruz, or sac to go to an airsoft shop. need to get parts for my sr-16, cylinder bore up kit and maybe some other goodies. i'll have to post some pics of my arsenal on here. maybe a vid of the sr-16 firing when it is actually firing

I picked this baby up at my local Surplus Store (Stricklands Surplus) and they let me fire the floor model. Quiet and deadly!!! I have a red dot "scouting" scope on the way!
Only thing not metal I could tell was the faux wood, removable orange tip, and the black thing on top(heat shield?)

Suppose to shoot 330-360 with .20's. Ill do the poor man crono tomorrow after my weekly game(the one with the pepsi can).
