Who has the most teammate kills?

I don't want to prolong this, but I got a "Teammate Kill" the other day on the 2Fort instant respawn server and I have no idea how. I really think it might be a TF2 bug. I was playing as a demo man, threw some pipe bombs at three of the other team going into their sewer from the water. I think I got all three of them, but I also got a message saying that I got - 50 points. I guess it happens sometimes.

maybe they died then right after where switched by the server?

I don't have any teamkills.

Also Auto-balance tends to make it give you team-kills if you are the one that kills and they get balanced afterwards.

YAYYY!!! I just got my first TK by being in front of my own SG while it started shooting ^^
