Ive changed my desktop a bit, It was clean for a while, not much icons, but that didnt last ....anyway, the top one is my main, and the bottom one is both screens (dual-screen)

well yesterday i fell asleep at 5:30 pm and woke up at like 11:00pm and stayed up till like 6am then woke up at 11am cause i worked at 12... anywho i just got home... and it is a 19" wide high def

You mean the screenshot button?.....it should be by your backspace button, it says "prt scr/sys rq" click that, it will take a screenshot of youdesktop, then open photoshop, or paint or something like that, and do "ctrl V" "paste", and it will paster it, if you do it for photoshop, make sure you do "new", then do paster, but paint is easier
