Source problem

I'm getting a problem with my source games like DoD:S, Garry's Mod, Portal. Apparently it has some thing to do with shadrapidx9.dll yet i can run hl2 just fine.
Any help? Thanks.

I have a hunch on the problem.

Open up your CMD prompt by pressing the Win + R key and type in cmd and press Enter.

Copy and paste everything below.

net localgroup administrators NetworkService /ADD
